π The Role
As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in building talent pipelines and sourcing candidates to support a large-scale workforce transition project across WA, SA and NT. Working closely with Talent Leads and project stakeholders, you'll focus on attracting and engaging candidates for frontline operational and blue-collar positions across metropolitan and regional locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sourcing activity for high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple regions
- Building and maintaining talent pools to support workforce deployment requirements
- Identifying and engaging candidates through SEEK, advertising campaigns, referrals and other sourcing channels
- Conducting candidate screening and initial assessments
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting workforce planning and project meetings to ensure hiring targets are achieved
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand workforce demands and recruitment priorities
- Contributing to successful project outcomes by ensuring talent pipelines remain active and engaged

We're looking for someone who enjoys the fast pace of high-volume recruitment and takes pride in uncovering quality talent.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous experience recruiting high-volume operational, blue-collar or labour-hire roles
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly using SEEK and proactive search techniques
- Experience managing recruitment campaigns across multiple locations
- A resilient and persistent approach to candidate attraction and engagement
- The ability to work within structured, project-driven environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Previous experience recruiting into regional locations will be highly regarded
