- This is a varied role combining recruitment, sales, account management and people leadership. You will:
- Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop new client accounts.
- Actively promote Acclaimed Workforce’s recruitment and labour hire solutions to prospective clients.
- Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates in line with client requirements.
- Develop a strong candidate network and maintain meaningful relationships with our workforce.
- Coordinate daily workforce requirements, including shifts, payroll and safety matters.
- Work closely with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and become a trusted point of contact for clients, candidates and employees.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture and support the development of others.
We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, people-focused and ready to make their mark.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, business development, account management or client-facing sales.
- Proven ability to build relationships, identify opportunities and convert conversations into business.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
- A confident and proactive approach to business development and networking.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to achieve results.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take ownership and accountability.
- Leadership or team supervision experience will be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and employment legislation is advantageous.
