Our client is a large international apparel manufacturer serving mid‑ to high‑end fashion brands across the US, Europe, and Asia, with diversified sourcing and product capabilities across multiple business lines.
The Vice President of Sales will lead sales strategy, business development, and team performance for a major product division. This role drives revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while building a strong, future‑ready sales organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Set and deliver sales and growth strategies aligned with long-term business unit’s plans
- Own sales targets, P&L performance, forecasting, and budgeting
- Lead and develop a high‑performing sales team, including org design, hiring, and succession
- Drive customer account growth and new business acquisition across products and replenishment programs
- Lead pricing strategy and commercial negotiations (pricing, terms, lead times, performance)
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (product, merchandising, production, supply chain) to deliver a strong end‑to‑end customer experience
- Stay on top of market, customer, and competitor trends
- Champion a strong customer‑first culture and deliver NPS targets
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 10+ years’ senior sales / BD experience within the apparel industry
- Proven track record in growing global customers and driving profitable sales
- Strong knowledge of apparel products, fabrics, supply chain, and market dynamics
- Solid experience managing P&L and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
