WOW Recruitment is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join a fast-growing, high-performing team in Zetland.

Are you a confident salesperson who loves speaking with customers, closing deals and earning uncapped commission? This is a genuine full-cycle Inside Sales role, where you’ll work with warm and hot inbound leads rather than spending your day cold calling or building a database from scratch.

With enquiry levels continuing to grow, they are expanding their sales team and looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to help convert a growing pipeline of inbound opportunities.
You’ll work alongside an experienced sales team, have direct access to senior decision-makers and join a business that offers genuine career progression, including opportunities to grow locally and internationally.

💰 $80,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
🚀 $140K+ OTE in your first year

💼 The Role

• Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to close
• Build strong rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow up opportunities
• Confidently negotiate, overcome objections and close deals
• Manage and prioritise a busy sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity within the CRM
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing Inside Sales team

🎯 About You

We’re looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Internal Sales / Sales Executive / Sales Consultant who is confident on the phone and motivated by results.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years’ experience in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role
• Proven experience converting inbound leads and enquiries
• A strong track record of closing sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Natural negotiation and objection-handling ability
• Confidence working with a high volume of opportunities
• Resilience and the ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment
• Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
• A positive, team-first attitude
• A genuine desire to learn, develop and progress
