This is a senior, hands-on role focused on release governance, orchestration, and high-quality production outcomes across complex platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and govern releases across multiple squads within a Value Stream
• Own release planning, calendars, and enterprise release alignment
• Drive release readiness, implementation planning, and production deployments
• Ensure compliance with enterprise minimum control standards and release frameworks
• Coordinate dependencies across Value Streams, Platforms, and Enterprise projects
• Minimise post-release incidents through strong governance and operational readiness
• Provide release reporting, metrics, and updates at enterprise forums
• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, Test Managers, and Run teams

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Release / Implementation Management in large, complex environments
• Hands-on experience with Agile / SAFe / DevOps / CI-CD delivery models
• Deep understanding of release governance, environment management, and dependencies
• Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Plutora
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
• Background in digital or enterprise applications (insurance experience highly regarded)

Nice to have:

• Insurance domain experience (Policy, Billing, Claims, Digital platforms)
• Exposure to technologies such as Guidewire, MuleSoft, Sitecore, MongoDB
• ITIL, SAFe, PMP or similar certifications
