- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with line managers and key stakeholders across business groups.
- Strong people management skills, including the ability to build respect, install a compliance focus, and influence managers to follow correct processes (e.g., paying overtime, accurate rostering).
- Background in enterprise/industrial agreements and their practical application is highly valued.
- Experience supporting rostering teams and handling BAU (business as usual) workforce management operations.
- Manages a team of 8 (workforce administrators and technical specialists), with direct and indirect reports.
- Works closely with technical support staff responsible for system configuration and organisational structure changes.
- Large people management group including business managers, P&C (People & Culture), and specific individuals such as Rostering GM, Lab Ops Manager, and HR.
- Influences broader business messaging and ensures compliance is embedded across the organisation.
- Role is suited to large, industrial, FMCG, or retail environments (not financial services or similar sectors).
