The Role Support young people in residential care to build safety, stability, and life skills. You’ll provide daily care, emotional support, transport to appointments/school, and trauma-informed responses to complex behaviours using Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) principles.

What you bring
  • Cert IV in Youth Work / Community Services (or equivalent)
  • 3+ months residential youth experience or transferable skills
  • Blue Card + Driver’s Licence (P2 or higher)
  • Availability across AM/PM/active night shifts
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice (desirable)
