Our client is a leading forklift driver training company, and is looking for an ambitious Sales & Training Coordinator . This is a varied and exciting position where you’ll combine business development with end-to-end coordination of training programmes, helping to drive the continued growth of our training division.

Seeking someone with both a strong sales mindset and excellent organisational skills. You should be equally comfortable picking up the phone to generate leads as you are managing processes to keep everything running smoothly.

Sales & Training Coordinator

In this hands-on role, you’ll split your time between developing business and managing training processes:

  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities through email, calls, and follow-up of inbound leads to support our field sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and repeat customers, helping grow our forklift driver training division.
  • Manage the full training process — from scheduling instructors to issuing invoices.
  • Maintain and improve our database of prospects and customers, ensuring all activity is accurately logged.
  • Respond to customer queries quickly and professionally, providing clear information and solutions.
  • Support company lead generation initiatives and general sales administration.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Sales, Telesales, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to develop leads and achieve business growth.
  • Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills — able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; CRM experience a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
