Our client is a dynamic, Utrecht-based boutique law firm that has rapidly established itself as a powerhouse in complex corporate, commercial, and financial litigation. They seek an experienced Senior Associate to join their ambitious team, specifically to lead on high-profile collective actions and international disputes.

This Senior Associate Class Action Litigator position offers the chance to be at the forefront of the Dutch class action landscape, working on some of the most significant mass tort and liability cases currently in the courts. You will have independent responsibility for files while collaborating within a close-knit, expert team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 6 years of post-qualification experience as a litigation lawyer
  • Specialism: In-depth knowledge of the WAMCA and a proven track record in collective proceedings
  • Legal Expertise: Strong grounding in liability law. Additional expertise in consumer law, product liability, or competition law is highly regarded
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, persuasive communication, and a consultative yet decisive approach to complex disputes
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Dutch and English
