- Be the friendly, helpful voice (or keyboard!) that guides customers through their banking journey.
- Tackle inquiries with confidence, providing accurate information and efficient resolutions.
- Use your excellent communication skills and empathy to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Educate and encourage customers to utilise self-service and digital channels, making their lives easier.
- Competitive hourly rate $35 - $36 per hour + super, and penalties for overtime / weekend
