We are a recruitment firm representing a leading trading house seeking a Contracts Analyst to support its physical oil & products trading business.
Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate trading contracts and confirmations
- Ensure trade data accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Review General Terms & Conditions and identify contractual risks
- Support dispute resolution and operational issues during trade execution
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical commercial advice
- Assist in improving procedures, controls and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law or related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in trading operations, trade support or contracts administration
- Experience within commodities or financial markets preferred
- Knowledge of Incoterms and contractual risk allocation
- Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
