About the Role
Reporting to an experienced leadership team, this full-time, permanent position will see you coordinating end to end export activities, managing critical shipping and export documentation, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export orders and international shipments
- Prepare and manage export documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively manage delays
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate records within ERP and logistics systems
- Provide shipment updates and outstanding customer service
- Support continuous improvement across export and logistics processes
- Previous experience in export coordination, shipping, or international logistics
- Experience using CargoWise Preferred
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and freight processes
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
