Seeking BE/BC Hospitalist Physician Assistant to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient care including admissions, daily rounding and coordination across specialties.
  • Seven-on/seven-off block schedule provides predictable time away from work.
  • Work within an established hospitalist program with experienced physicians, APPs, nursing and ancillary staff.
  • Strong communication, efficient workflows and approachable clinical leadership support care delivery.
  • Comprehensive onboarding, mentorship and a culture focused on clinician well-being.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $54.8111-$74.4159 per hour.
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
