What you'll do
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll lead a high-performing finance team and have broad responsibility across planning, performance and decision support.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning cycle and long-range financial planning.
  • Own forecasting and provide forward-looking insight into risks, opportunities and performance.
  • Deliver clear and commercially relevant financial reporting to senior leadership and governance stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on external financial reporting and investor-related requirements.
  • Develop performance frameworks, reporting rhythms and analytical capabilities across the organisation.
  • Drive automation and improve the quality and accessibility of financial insight.
  • Strengthen financial discipline, accountability and efficiency across corporate functions.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and senior leadership team.
  • Lead, develop and build capability within the finance team.
About you
  • CA/CPA qualified with experience within an ASX-listed or product-based customer facing orgaisation
  • You'll be a seasoned finance executive with 15+ years' experience and a strong foundation across FP&A, performance management and commercial finance.
  • Proven experience operating within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong executive and stakeholder management capability.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and governance stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving performance improvement and organisational change.
  • Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • The ability to translate financial information into clear business decisions.
