[CONFIDENTIAL] Senior Human Resources Manager

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is currently assisting a confidential healthcare client in the search for a Senior HR Manager to support the organization’s continued operational and business growth.

This is a confidential replacement search for a strategic HR leader who will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions across hospital and clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, policies, and people management initiatives
• Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, and workforce optimization
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
• Oversee compensation & benefits, industrial relations, and HR compliance
• Support management in organizational restructuring and change management initiatives
• Develop and strengthen HR SOPs, governance, and operational processes
• Partner closely with department heads and senior management on strategic HR matters
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and healthcare industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior HR Manager or equivalent leadership role
• Strong background in HR operations within hospital, healthcare, or service industries
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices
• Experience handling multi-function or multi-site operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive organizational matters
• Willing to be based in North Jakarta
