About the Role
As the Business Analyst, you will facilitate workshops, capture business requirements, map current and future state processes, and support solution design, testing and implementation. You will play an important role in improving records management, workflow automation and information governance across the organisation.Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Map current and future-state processes, workflows and business impacts.
- Support the migration from HP TRIM (Content Manager) to SharePoint Online
- Contribute to solution design, testing, user acceptance testing and implementation activities.
- Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational needs and project outcomes.
- Support records management and information governance practices throughout the transformation.
- Apply practical experience across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview, Power Apps and workflow or business process mapping.
- Produce clear, high-quality documentation and maintain strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
