We are currently seeking candidates with internal talent acquisition experience to support a number of clients across Adelaide. This role will play a critical part in end-end recruitment sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define their talent needs
  • Developing and executing effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
  • Screening and assessing applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Coordinating the interview and selection process
  • Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
  • Maintaining a talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing recruitment requirements
  • Providing regular recruitment activity reporting and analytics
  • Continuously researching and implementing innovative sourcing techniques

What we're looking for
  • 3-5 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and securing high-calibre candidates
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passion for talent management and a keen interest in the latest HR trends
  • Australian work rights are required.
