As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for daily operations
• Ensure full compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and reimbursement
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high standards of care
• Promote a positive workplace culture built on respect and accountability
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and community partners to enhance resident care
• Develop and enforce policies to support safety, satisfaction, and well-being
Requirements
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of North Carolina
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills
• Genuine passion for working with the elderly
• Ability to lead collaboratively and make data-driven decisions
