The Opportunity
We're looking for a Chef de Partie who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a fast-paced kitchen that delivers exceptional experiences across both à la carte and event service.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of event execution while working alongside an experienced brigade during peak restaurant trade. You'll play an important role in menu preparation, event planning, food quality, and ensuring every service runs smoothly.
You'll also gain valuable exposure to ordering, stock control, food costing, kitchen planning, and event operations - making this an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to broaden their skill set and progress their career.
Our clients venue is trades 7 days a week and is equally busy across lunch and dinner service. They are an established casual dining operation suited

The Candidate
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or premium café environment
- Ability to work confidently and independently while thriving as part of a larger kitchen team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and event timelines
- A genuine passion for producing quality food across restaurant and function service
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing kitchen culture
