Responsibilities & Duties
As the HR Business Partner, you will:
- Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, from job advertising to orientation.
- Support managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance organisational capability and employee performance.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, objective setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Manage HR administration, including employee records, leave management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
To be successful in this HR Business Partner role, you will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of human resources management experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory, advisory, or business partnering capacity.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, ideally BambooHR, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
