Candidate Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Dutch law

  • At least three years of experience as an Advocaat, with prior in-house legal experience also being beneficial

  • Strong foundational knowledge of corporate law

  • Practical experience managing M&A transactions and general corporate advisory matters

  • Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English

  • Available to start relatively soon, although start dates remain flexible
