  • Facilitate PI Planning, ART ceremonies, dependency management, risk identification, and execution tracking.
  • Act as a servant leader by partnering closely with teams to remove impediments and drive outcomes.
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, teams, and departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Own follow-through on cross-team dependencies and provide proactive status updates to leadership.
  • Monitor and manage delivery metrics, risks, blockers, and program-level execution activities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and JQL queries within Jira to provide visibility into program health and initiative progress.
  • Analyze ticket data, identify inconsistencies, and drive process improvements within Jira.
  • Support release management activities including production deployments, release readiness, change management coordination, and release communications.
  • Partner with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful program execution.
  • Provide leadership reporting and executive-level visibility into project status, dependencies, and risks.
  • Contribute to forecasting, resource planning, budgeting, and financial tracking activities as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, project management, or Release Train Engineering.
  • Proven experience serving as an RTE in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Expert-level Jira experience, including:
    • Advanced JQL query development
    • Dashboard creation and customization
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Program-level tracking and metrics
  • Experience coordinating large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience delivering technology projects from planning through production deployment.
  • Experience supporting release management, software deployments, and change management processes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification.
  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification.
  • Experience within financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with Lucidchart, Lucidspark, Miro, or similar PI Planning and collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of APIs, microservices, data center migrations, cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology delivery.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and resource management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, GitHub, or other release/change management platforms. Recruiter Search Focus
