Technical Semiconductor Customer Service Coordinator / Call Center Specialist
Candidates from Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock or surrounding area will be considered due to onsite requirements. Location: Austin, TX (100% Remote with quarterly onsite requirements)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Position Overview

• Serve as a central point of contact (“one-stop shop”) for all customer service requests
• Provide 24x7 call center-style support as the primary customer-facing representative
• Manage and resolve customer issues from initiation through completion
• Support multiple service channels, including Total Kit Management (TKM), on-demand service, and labor dispatch requests
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer requests via phone and email within SAP CRM system
• Create and maintain quotations, sales orders, and service cases in SAP CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams including Field Engineering, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Sales, and Marketing
• Monitor and manage customer escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Apply established procedures to troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues
• Follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all customer interactions
• Adhere to company business processes, operational procedures, and financial policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to use positive, customer-focused language
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP CRM or similar CRM systems
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Additional language skills for multi-region support
• Prior experience in call center, customer support, or service coordination roles

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Master’s degree preferred

Additional Requirements

• Must reside in or near Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock, or surrounding areas
• Availability to attend onsite team engagements on a quarterly basis
