NDT Level II (Ultrasonic Testing)
Location: Chandler, AZ
A growing aerospace investment casting manufacturer is seeking an experienced NDT Level II (UT) Technician to join its quality team. This hands-on role is responsible for performing ultrasonic thickness inspections on investment castings to verify wall thickness, identify core shift, and ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonic thickness inspections on aerospace investment castings.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate UT inspection equipment.
• Evaluate inspection results and determine product acceptance or rejection.
• Document inspection findings and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with production to support manufacturing schedules.
• Perform equipment performance checks and follow applicable industry standards.
• Provide guidance and training to Level I technicians as needed.

• NDT Level II Ultrasonic Testing (UT) certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience performing UT inspections in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret inspection results and applicable specifications.
• Knowledge of equipment calibration and inspection documentation.
• Aerospace or investment casting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
