Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Construction Involvement: Work closely with design teams, consultants, and clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure optimal planning and value engineering.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing project team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Working collaborative with a repeat client of the businesses. 
About You:
  • Proven experience as a PM or SPM. 
  • Must have experience and a passion for luxury apartment projects.
  • Strong expertise in managing projects of $80M+ value.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
  • A real motivation to relocate to Queensland.
