The Opportunity

Join a major finance modernisation program supporting the transition from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You’ll lead the training strategy and delivery required to prepare approximately 800 SAP users across multiple business areas for the new platform, with a current target go-live of May 2027 (initial contract til EOFY '27).


About the Role

This role will take ownership of training across the transformation, from initial needs analysis and strategy through to content development, delivery and evaluation.

  • Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA training strategy, planning and delivery.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify capability gaps across user groups.
  • Develop user guides, eLearning, workbooks, presentations and quick reference guides.
  • Plan and deliver workshops, virtual sessions and blended learning programs.
  • Lead consistent training delivery across multiple business areas and locations.
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Change Lead to align training with project milestones.


About You

You’ll be an experienced Training Lead who has delivered training within a significant technology or ERP transformation and can operate effectively across complex stakeholder groups.

  • Proven experience leading large-scale training programs supporting organisational change.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering training within adult learning environments.
  • Experience supporting major ERP or IT implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC6.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, processes and process improvement.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience across complex IT programs; PRINCE2, Agile or training qualifications are desirable.
