We are currently recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join a leading global logistics organisation based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on a short term temporary assignment.
The Role
The Role
- Data entry and database management across internal systems
- Maintaining accurate operational records and information
- Completing checks and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Providing administrative support to Scheduling and Customer Service teams
- General administration to support daily operations
- Previous administration or operations support experience
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Confident working across multiple systems and databases
- Organised, reliable and able to pick up new processes quickly
- Logistics, shipping, cargo or operational experience highly regarded but not essential
- Must have your own car and be available to start immediately
- Immediate start
- 8 week contract
- Eastern Suburbs location
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Free onsite parking
