Apply direct- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in electrical construction, including supervisory or superintendent-level responsibility
- Strong knowledge of commercial and/or industrial electrical systems and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Proven experience managing field crews and coordinating multiple trades on active job sites
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and productivity tracking
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations (OSHA compliance)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to solve field-related problems quickly and effectively
- Experience working in fast-paced construction environments with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (scheduling, reporting, email)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required
- Physically able to work in active construction environments, including climbing, lifting, and exposure to weather conditions
