What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary FP&A partner supporting G&A functions including Legal, HR, Investor Relations, Business Development, Facilities, IT, and more.
• Lead budget development sessions, gather key business assumptions, and ensure alignment across teams.
• Prepare and present detailed analyses and materials for budget reviews with senior leadership, incorporating feedback to refine financial strategies.
• Support company-wide financial planning by consolidating budgets across R&D, S&M, and G&A, and preparing executive-level presentations.
• Perform advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ad hoc reporting to facilitate long-range planning.
• Maintain and support the administrative functions of Adaptive Planning, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning experience at the Senior Financial Analyst level.
• Exceptional Excel skills, including scenario modeling, complex formulas, and large dataset manipulation.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of partnering effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating complex financial systems and datasets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Public company FP&A or accounting experience.
• Experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries.
• Advanced certifications such as CFA or CPA.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A or finance experience.
• Prior experience supporting G&A functions in a corporate setting.

• Location: South San Francisco, hybrid setup (2-3 days on-site per week).
• Duration: 12+ months.
