Green Bean Dumper-1st

Position Summary:
The Green Bean Dumper is responsible for unloading and transferring raw green beans into production equipment for processing. This position ensures a continuous flow of product to the production line while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Dump and load raw green beans into hoppers, conveyors, or processing equipment.
• Monitor product flow to ensure efficient production operations.
• Inspect incoming product for obvious quality issues and report concerns to supervisors.
• Remove debris, damaged product, or foreign materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety and GMP standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with equipment cleaning and sanitation activities as needed.
• Communicate production issues, equipment malfunctions, or product concerns to supervisors.
• Support other production activities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to safety and quality.

Work Environment:

• Food manufacturing facility with exposure to varying temperatures, moisture, and production equipment.
• Requires standing for long periods and frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of product containers.
