Home Lending Specialist 

Are you ready to take the next step in your lending career? We’re looking for a motivated lending professional who thrives on helping customers achieve their financial goals and wants to transition to a high-performing, phone-based lending environment.
Location: Sydney CBD, Close to Wynyard Station
Salary: $100- $115K + super

Position Overview:

• Engage with members over the phone to guide them through their lending options and help them achieve their goals.
• Manage end-to-end loan applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience while consistently driving conversion to loans.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and match members with complementary products.
• Maintain strong documentation and compliance standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Branch or banking experience in home lending with a strong track record of success.
• Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of end-to-end home lending experience, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
• Highly organised, motivated, and results-driven.
• Skilled at identifying opportunities and converting them into outcomes.
