Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join an established, community-focused care team in western Massachusetts. This opportunity offers supportive clinical colleagues, regional specialty resources and an emphasis on high-quality patient care and a sustainable practice environment.

Position Highlights, Schedule & Responsibilities

  • Help design and grow a high-risk primary care clinic addressing patients' physical, mental and social needs.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with behavioral-health specialists, care coordinators and nursing, supported by strong administrative resources.
  • Address barriers such as housing, employment and transportation.
  • No set daily patient quota or volume-based pressure; prioritize engagement and comprehensive care.
  • Significant clinical autonomy and opportunities to shape workflows and patient-centered protocols.
  • Full-time, 40-hour position with variable weekday hours; the posting also lists rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $125.6976-$180.8481 per hour.
  • Eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, life and disability coverage, retirement-plan contributions and paid time off. Compensation depends on experience and qualifications.
