Production Worker Norton Shores, MI, 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, $16.00 per hour Job SummaryAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team in Norton Shores, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us produce and package high-performance adhesives, sealants, and coatings that support a variety of industries and customers worldwide. What You'll Be Doing As a Production Worker, your core responsibilities will include: Product Preparation: Follow customer-specific batch and work orders to accurately produce and package products. Packaging and Quality Control: Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and order accuracy for all outgoing products. Production Support: Assist with filling tubes, containers, and drums, and prepare them for shipment. In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repetitively Strong math skills (measurement, decimals, fractions, conversions) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skills:Attention to Detail: Ensures packaging accuracy and product quality.
