A well-established community hospital is seeking additional BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care to a broad regional population across multiple counties in western Kentucky.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers
Manage an ED averaging ~15,000 annual visits
10-bed emergency department within a 60-bed community hospital
Approximately 24/7 physician coverage with APC support
~142 twelve-hour shifts annually (7a–7p / 7p–7a)
Balanced distribution of day and night shifts
Average ~40 patients per day
Strong focus on patient experience and quality-driven care
Opportunity to teach within a Family Medicine residency program
