We are currently assisting our client, a global industry leader, with an AEROSPACE Vice President of Sales search. Reporting to the President, this position will be leading the sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth for a large division. The right candidate should be an impact player with a proven track record of accomplishments, understand the business implications of decisions, and display an orientation toward profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term sales strategy to meet division objectives and expand market presence
  • Manage sales contracts and negotiations, renewals and expansions to current customers while growing strategic partnerships within the aerospace and commercial sectors
  • Perform market research as necessary to identify business opportunities
  • Lead the sales and business development teams, fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Sales, Marketing or Business Development within the AEROSPACE industry, globally
  • 10+ years of experience leading a Sales team
  • International travel as needed, up to 40%
Total Compensation:
  • Commensurate with experience
