Production Operator - 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary

The Production Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment used to mix, package, and produce chemical products while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mixing and packaging equipment.
• Weigh and mix materials according to production formulas.
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Label, package, palletize, and move finished products.
• Complete production records and maintain accurate system data.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
