Parks and Gardens - Experienced Skilled Worker

Are you passionate about working outdoors, and experienced in maintaining Parks and Gardens? We are seeking a dedicated, driven worker that demonstrates a strong work ethic to join us on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a well-maintained outdoor environment that everyone can enjoy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general parks and gardens maintenance to keep public spaces clean
  • Operate ride-on mowers and use other gardening equipment with confidence
  • Weeding, hedge trimming, and edging to ensure tidy landscapes
  • Conduct regular rubbish and site clean-up routines

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in Parks and Gardens or related outdoor maintenance roles
  • Confident in using general hand tools
  • Experience driving ride-on lawn mowers and similar equipment
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks with stamina and attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • Hold a valid White Card and C Class driver’s license
  • Pass a Drug and Alcohol assessment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Horticulture certification or relevant qualifications (desirable)
