Apply direct- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years’ UK cladding design experience
- Strong experience in cladding design (curtain walling-only experience will not be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, PDF software, Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Bluebeam, or 3D AutoCAD is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of working independently
- Full right to work in the UK
Good understanding of:
- Cladding systems, insulation, panels, fixings, fire barriers, and membranes
- Fabrication drawings
- U-values and condensation risk analysis
- Fire barrier detailing and fixing types
- Panel layouts and sub-grid drawings
- Technical construction/detail drawings
- Drawings from surveys, site photos, and mapping tools
