EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international cybersecurity organization seeking an experienced Interim Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join the business four days a week for 3 months.
This is a hands-on interim assignment supporting compensation budget planning activities, market data and salary range management, data preparation and validation, and compensation cycle operational support.
You will support cross-checking and detailed validation of the data, ensuring a robust, accurate, and well-controlled compensation cycle.

Responsibilities of the Compensation & Benefits Analyst:
- Analysis of market movements and salary increase trends
- Support with merit and EIS budget planning
- Salary range analysis and benchmarking activities
- Preparation, validation, and implementation of new-year salary ranges
- Support with CMC process execution and technical administration
- Reward and compensation statements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Senior Analyst level
- Experience with Willis Towers Watson and Mercer
- Experience leading compensation management cycle
- 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs), 8 hours a day
- Start mid-August preferred
- Fluent in English
