Site Supervisor - Medium Density Residential

This company is a growing residential builder delivering new home developments across South West Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth in the region, they are looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to their construction team.

This role would suit an experienced residential Site Manager who has successfully delivered townhouse, terrace, villa or other medium-density developments.

The role:

• Supervise the day to day delivery of a medium density residential development
• Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads 
• Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
• Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
• Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
• Resolve any problems on site

The requirements:

• At least 4 years' experience in Supervisor role 
• A solid background within residential construction
• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III in Carpentry and Cert IV in Building and Construction highly regarded)
• Previous experience managing multiple sites
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
