As an Administrative Business Partner within our Autonomy division, you will play a vital role in enabling our directors and senior leaders to operate seamlessly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, meeting coordination, and note-taking support for Directors and Senior Directors.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports, and ensure smooth meeting logistics.
- Lead project and event planning from inception through evaluation, ensuring all aspects align with organizational goals.
- Manage multiple priorities concurrently, demonstrating impeccable organizational and multitasking skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and familiarity with Apple products.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and deliver high-quality support under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting senior leaders or board members.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Prior exposure to working with diverse stakeholders, including public officials or high-level executives.
- Knowledge of international travel arrangements and event management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree combined with 4-6 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership in innovative or high-growth environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Foster City, CA (3 days per week onsite).
- This position is available on a W2 basis only.
