Quantity Surveyor – Limerick

Location: Limerick
Salary: €70 - €95k, based on experience
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

A leading and well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable contractor delivering high-quality projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs and maximise commercial performance.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
  • Support procurement and contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 year's experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally with a main contractor.
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
