Cardiac Physiologist vacancy - Contract/Temp position

FRS are delighted to be recruiting a Staff Grade Cardiac Physiologist with Echo experience for an established hospital in Westmeath.

Responsibilities of the role will be providing treatments that involve:

ECG, Echocardiogram, Exercise Stress Testing, Blood pressure monitoring, Holter Monitoring, Event Monitors, Pacemaker and Defibrillator follow-up, Transoesophageal Echocardiogram, Coronary Angiography and Coronary Angioplasty and stenting procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Currently based in Ireland with Irish working rights due to immediate start

  • Relevant qualification in Cardiac Physiology / Clinical Measurement Science, recognised by the Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Physiology (IICMP), or an equivalent recognised qualification

  • Must be competent to carry out a wide range of Echo's independently

  • Appropriate professional registration or eligibility for registration, where applicable

  • Relevant clinical experience appropriate to the level of the position

  • Strong clinical, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
