Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers?

Our client, a well-established and growing organisation based in Jandakot, is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their team in a permanent, full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end-to-end recruitment across predominantly blue-collar roles, with some white-collar recruitment as part of the portfolio.

About the Role

As the Recruitment Advisor, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process from job briefing through to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and talent pools
• Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback
• Conduct reference checks and manage pre-employment requirements
• Prepare employment contracts and support onboarding activities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure recruitment activities are compliant and accurately maintained within the ATS
• Contribute to employer branding and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
• Strong experience recruiting blue-collar positions, with exposure to white-collar recruitment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Experience using recruitment systems and applicant tracking systems
• High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
