The Role
We are seeking experienced Fence Installers and Team Leads based north of the river who take pride in their work, lead by example and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
This position suits someone already working in fencing who is looking for a better environment, consistent work and the opportunity to progress into leadership.

A Typical Day

• Start from the yard between 5:30am and 6:00am
• Travel to site in company vehicles with materials and machinery
• Install commercial and civil fencing in accordance with project requirements
• Lead and support offsiders where required
• Return to the yard to unload and prepare for the following day
• Finish typically between 2:00pm and 4:00pm

About You
You are reliable, hardworking and take ownership of your work. You understand the importance of safety, quality and teamwork and enjoy working outdoors.
Essential Requirements

• Proven fencing installation experience
• Ability to lead and supervise offsiders respectfully and efficiently
• Current Driver's Licence
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team

Desirable Qualifications

• Skid Steer Ticket
• Excavator Ticket
• HR or MR Licence
• Farming or agricultural background
• Team sports or other physically demanding backgrounds
