Data Engineer (PSR-8211)

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a Data Engineer in The AI & Data Division. We are looking for a Data Engineer who can drive business growth by strengthening the Analytics' data pipeline and advancing data processing through modern technologies, including AI. 

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on cloud platforms with a focus on cost and performance trade-offs
- Engineering teams on pipeline development and release planning
- Customer Service on user data inquiries and feature requests and reporting of data anomalies
- SRE teams on pipeline reliability, monitoring, and governance
- proactively identifying and resolving issues, contributing to improvements that benefit the broader organization.

Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of work experience in development related to data pipelines, analytics platforms, or equivalent systems
- Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting ETL/data pipelines particularly on GCP
- Basic knowledge of computer science (e.g., shell scripting, SQL, python)
- Understanding of web/app analytics concepts such as sessions and conversion
- Hands-on experience using generative AI and AI agents in daily work (e.g., creating project documentation with LLMs, coding with AI coding agents, or improving development/operations efficiency using AI agents with MCP or similar tooling)

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
