A Life Insurance firm is looking for a talented Assistant Manager, Digital Services for their Digital service Department in Japan.
As an Assistant Manager in the Digital Services Department, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital experience of existing policyholders through the company's customer portal (My Page), official website, and other digital touchpoints. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, optimizing UI/UX, driving omnichannel initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives for the customer portal and policyholder-facing website
- Plan and execute customer engagement strategies to improve digital adoption and satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of omnichannel customer experience solutions
- Manage the integration and operation of third-party digital tools and platforms
- Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs across digital channels and customer touchpoints
- Develop and execute continuous improvement plans based on customer behavior and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects
- Participate in departmental and company-wide projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Conduct customer research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Customer Experience (CX)
- Experience in UI/UX optimization and digital customer journey enhancement
- Knowledge of web analytics and KPI measurement tools
- Experience with customer engagement platforms and digital content management
- Familiarity with omnichannel strategy and implementation
- Ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights
- Experience managing digital projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of digital tools, web technologies, and customer-facing platforms
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management
