Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts to support multiple areas of our manufacturing operation. Operators may work with fin press, press brake, tube/hairpin bending, or pressure-testing equipment depending on production needs.

This is not a basic button-pushing position. Machine Operators are expected to understand their equipment, perform setups and changeovers, make machine adjustments, inspect parts, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial production machinery.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, drawings, and specifications.
• Load, align, and stage materials for production.
• Install and adjust tooling, dies, fixtures, gauges, and machine components.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, feed, alignment, and dimensions.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Identify defects, misfeeds, leaks, improper bends, or tooling issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and operator-level maintenance.
• Record production counts, scrap, rejects, downtime, and inspection results.
• Follow all safety, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and 5S procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform machine setups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders, or manufacturing specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 20–50 pounds as needed.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Multiple openings available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
