People Business Partner

A well-regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its collaborative People & Culture team and work with senior stakeholders on key matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys operating in a true business partnering environment while taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and people advisory services.

Working across a diverse and dynamic workforce, you will build trusted relationships with leaders, provide practical HR guidance and ensure seamless people processes that support organisational success.

The Opportunity

This hands-on role combines recruitment expertise with generalist HR partnering and will see you:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding activities
• Partner with leaders to deliver workforce planning initiatives and talent solutions
• Provide trusted advice across the employee lifecycle, including probation, appointments and employment conditions
• Coach and support managers to build people leadership capability
• Produce people insights and reports that inform business decisions
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems and service delivery
• Work collaboratively with specialist People & Culture teams to deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences

About You

You are a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic partnering.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in a Business Partner, HR Advisor or People Services role
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition capability, including high-volume and specialist recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
• The ability to interpret policies, manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions
• Experience working with HR systems and leveraging data to support decision making
• Exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to customer service

Experience within government, education, health or another complex organisation will be highly regarded.
