Senior Associate - Leading Firm - Leverage Finance

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join the London office of a leading law firm within its highly regarded Debt Finance team, with a particular focus on leveraged finance.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of leveraged finance matters, working closely with banks, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a varied mix of sophisticated financing work, including senior debt facilities, unitranche, second lien, TLB, first out/last out and super senior facilities.

The team is seeking a candidate with strong leveraged finance experience gained within a leading national or international firm. The successful applicant will have excellent transaction management skills, experience supporting junior lawyers, and ideally proficiency in drafting and reviewing credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, security documentation and related finance documents.
